DLC is great if they aren't just holding back on the original release. I usually just save my money for official release titles anyhow, in fact I've only bought 1 map pack my entire life as I've only really gotten into one online game, but it was well worth it as it really added to the replay value, which saved me money in the end. The games not out yet so no you aren't playing it. MGS fans are usually very critical about detail, and as the game's not out yet we're just shootin the sh*t to pass time. Ofc the actual game is the reason we're all here so you can either make a relevant post next time or not, either is fine by me.
Although not as classic looking as the other two that's really really good.
upon further inspection I realized the new box art is perfect. There's something in Old Snakes face that sums up the game perfectly, and that being it's really his time.
Honestly in a game like Gears that has such distinctive fun game play thats above the rest that it can get away with something like not having a story at all, and still be an amazing experience. When I go see a movie the plot always comes first, but when it comes to video games fun game play is always what I look for first. The reason why I prefer to play Gears over a game like FF. Then there are games like mgs where everything comes together perfectly, and thats what sets a series apart fro...
Sounds as the story will be a "bit" less nonexistent Gears2, but of course it will always play a second role to the gritty action for which the game is known for. This game is going to be really great, but it's going to be hard for it to improve on the formula they already have, but long as they don't pull a halo, and make a few significant changes then people will be satisfied.

It won't come out for the wii, but a ps3 version is definitely possible.
But it's bound to be coming so maybe it's not. The artwork pretty much takes up the entire box.. GTA4 will be big, I think we get the picture.

Edit: @Mont: The Ps3/ 360 versions don't only look better, but the physics systems/AI will really bring the possibilities to a whole new level since they're running three engines as opposed to one on the wii.
